Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) is a policy that must be rooted as deeply as possible in any company culture. It is a policy that is founded on an awareness of responsibility aimed at complying with the requirements that have been laid down as well as the natural expectations of the customer.

The management team is committed to ensure the integration of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the QHSE Policy within the organization. Management is promoting continuous improvement and supporting people to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.

  • Ensure the QHSE system is compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization and integrated in the business processes.
  • Provide a robust QHSE Policy, with clear objectives.
  • Allocate adequate resources to operate the system.
  • Make the quality system known and understood by all staff.
  • Promote and stimulate commitment to the QHSE system.
  • Communicate to all staff the importance of meeting customer needs.
  • Satisfy all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Systematically review the QMS and analyse reports from the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the systems.

The quality objective is to achieve customer satisfaction by constant review and on-going measurement and analysis of all our services and by constantly updating our skills for all employees by both internal and external training where required. 

These requirements and objectives will be measured and reviewed at all Management review meetings held by the company.
