Expertise which has been developed at BUSE over decades. Fire extinguishers have to work when they are called upon. That’s why the BUSE team manages all aspects, from collection and testing of the fire extinguisher bottles to painting if required, filling and testing and return delivery.
Halocarbon
We are exactly the right partner for you in the field of chemical extinguishing agents such as Novec1230 or HFC227. But when it comes to bottles, valves or filling, we also deliver quickly and reliably.
Inert gases
Many gases are ruthless when fighting fires. This is because they extract the fuel (O2) from the source of the fire and extinguish the fire using the so-called suffocation effect.
This helps extinguish fires efficiently and prevent them from spreading further. IG-01 (argon), IG-100 (nitrogen), CO2 or gas mixtures such as IG-55 and IG-541 are, therefore BUSE standard products.
Checks
Recurring tests are enormously important and a legal requirement. Specially trained BUSE employees are accredited for testing gas cylinders independently.
This means we can test more than 100,000 cylinders annually, and this in accordance with all known national and international guidelines such as TPED, TÜV, Lloyd’s or DNV GL.
No broken bottle will get past us.
Interior coating, painting and delivery
Through our group connections across the UK and Europe we can help ensure bottles have a protective inner coating with water mist extinguishing systems.
Corrosion fatigues the material and makes the container unusable over time. We clean bottles using a special process and then powder-coat bottles up to a diameter of 406 mm from the inside with our own system developed in-house.
And on the outside, in addition to classic wet painting, we also offer powder coating as an alternative – the surface protection is absolutely incomparable.
